Feet take a lot of abuse and force through the joints. That's why it's so common to develop arthritis, plantar fascitis, tendinitis, bunions, chronic strain/sprains, and even stress fractures. As with any use of our patches, you need to know what the damaged tissue is. You can usually see the bone and joint damage on X-ray. If you aren't currently working with a doctor, let your pain be your guide. Injuries involving tissues with a direct blood supply will require the use of FASTT Patches. 3 - 6 patches is usually all that is needed for a complete healing. If the pain can be isolated to the size of your thumb, a medium patch all that is needed. If the pain is roughly the size of your palm, the large or extra large patch will be needed. If you do not experience relief within the first 2 patches it may be necessary to switch to WHITEE patches to dissolve any calcification that may have accumulated. Please watch the video above for more information.
Injuries involving tissues without a direct blood supply such as arthritis, will require WHITEE Patches. Because there is not a direct blood supply to the cartilage, these injuries take longer to heal. If you are over the age of 50 you will also need to include LC Balancer to increase the microcirculation and allow the cartilage to absorb the medicine. 4 - 6 weeks for tears and 2 - 3 months for chronic arthritis sufferers. Please watch the video above to fully understand chronic cartilage damage and the amount of time it will take to recover.

All patches need to be worn for 2 days on and 1 day off. The medicine is drawn to the inflammation and it is recommended to use a heating pad to increase the effectiveness. Please avoid ice or any anti inflammatory pain killers. For exact placement of the patches, size recommendations or complicated cases, please watch the video above.
